ZBJ5180ZXXC 10tons 125m³ Diesel used hook lift mack garbage collection truck suits mid-short distance transport and medium-small scenarios with its balanced capacity.
General uses: Transports urban-rural household waste, small construction debris via medium detachable containers; carries agricultural straw, industrial scraps in towns/industrial parks; handles emergency supplies or sudden waste cleanup.
In municipal sanitation: Collects scattered household waste from communities/streets, fitting narrow roads; hauls renovation debris in old urban areas; assists street cleaning leaves on secondary roads; transfers waste to medium transfer stations, filling gaps left by larger trucks for efficient coverage.

Mack Hook Lift Garbage Collection Truck Operating System:
The Mack Hook Lift system provides robust, efficient waste container handling. Its core components include:
1. Verticalarm:The primary heavy-duty lifting beam, designed for vertical lifting motion and direct load transfer.
2. Hook:The engagement mechanism that captures and secures the container's front pins during lifting and transport.
3. Cross Arm:*A transverse structural member connecting the lifting arms, ensuring synchronized movement and transverse stability during the lift cycle.
4. FlipFrame:The articulated pivot frame enabling the critical tilting action to dump contents once the container is raised vertically.
5. Subframe: The rigid, bolted base structure mounted directly to the truck chassis, providing the foundational support for the entire hook lift assembly.
6. Lifting Cylinder: The high-power hydraulic cylinder responsible for generating the force required to vertically elevate the loaded container via the Verticalarm assembly.
Operational Procedures:
* Loading Process
1. Reverse the vehicle and hook the lifting arm to the front ring of the compressor.
2. Flip the lifting arm forward to hoist the compressor onto the truck.
3. Once the compressor is laid flat, extend the lifting arm’s forearm to position it. The locking mechanism then secures it to prevent movement.
*Dumping Process
1. Use the hydraulic system to unlock the compressor’s rear door.
2. Raise the lifting arm to dump the waste.
3. The compressor stays locked; the rear support bracket automatically deploys to stabilize the truck, avoiding front-end lift from shifted weight.
*Unloading Process (Reverse of loading)
1. Release the locking mechanism.
2. Retract the lifting arm’s forearm to move the compressor backward.
3. Flip the lifting arm to lower the compressor to the ground.
